Audrey Tautou

Audrey Tautou, the oldest of four siblings was born on the 8th of August 1976 in Beaumont Puy-de Domme. Her parents encouraged her parents, dentist, and a teacher who were both teachers to follow her love of theatre. This was in contrast her earlier ambition to become a primateologist because she loved monkeys. The rise of her as a young actress was swift and marked by early success. After completing her studies She was a part of the French talent-spotting TV show Jeunes Premiers which was backed by Canal+. She won the award for the best young Actress award at Beziers Festival of Young Actors in the year 2000. She then began a acting career. Tautou attended church and the Institut Catholique de Paris during her childhood, but she has since gotten rid of the aforementioned societal influences. Her acting and modelling careers are interspersed. She became the face of L'Oreal Mont Blanc Chanel, and she is often known as the Chanel Muse. An avid photographer, she created a show in the Arles International Festival titled Superficial. Through her photography, she is mainly focused on celebrities and the spotlight. The camera is turned at journalists, who sat and watched her rise to stardom in Amelie. Audrey Tautou's global popularity and success exploded following her appearance as Amelie Poulain's lead lady in Le Fabuleux Destin in the film d'Amelie. Amelie gained international attention for its box office success. It was also praised at awards ceremonies across the world. Amelie is the highest-grossing French language movie in the US. The success of this movie has led to Tautou being cast in a range of roles, from British dramas such as Dirty Pretty Things by Stephen Knight and Jean Pierre Jeunet to Hollywood's The Da Vinci Code with Tom Hanks.
