Melina Kanakaredes, an American actress is known for her performances as Dr. Sydney Hansen in the NBC drama Providence and Dr. Lane Hunter in The Resident. Additionally, she earned recognition for her TV debut role for Guiding Light on CBS as Eleni Cooper. The most memorable film roles she has played include 15 Minutes Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief and Snitch. According sources, she's working with Vlas & Charley Parlapanides who composed Immortals to adapt Elisabeth Kubler Ross' autobiography The Wheel of Life. She is also working on a new show named Gods & Heroes.
